Refund Policy

All registrations, league fees, participation fees, deposits, and related payments made to Western Michigan Summer Hockey are final and non-refundable.

By registering, you acknowledge and agree that NO REFUNDS will be issued except where required by applicable law.

This no-refund policy includes, without limitation:

  • participant withdrawal
  • scheduling conflicts
  • injury
  • illness
  • suspension
  • removal from participation
  • dissatisfaction
  • relocation
  • inability to attend
  • weather-related schedule adjustments
  • division changes
  • team assignment dissatisfaction
  • format modifications
  • cancellation of specific games
  • personal conflicts

Western Michigan Summer Hockey reserves the right to modify schedules, divisions, team structures, formats, venues, or operational arrangements as reasonably necessary.

Such operational changes do not create a refund obligation.

If a payment dispute, chargeback, or unauthorized payment claim is initiated improperly, Western Michigan Summer Hockey reserves the right to suspend eligibility and pursue collection of outstanding amounts where appropriate.
